And right now, with the construction of The Deerwood, the future is particularly exciting. We’re expanding with a state-of-the art, 42-home independent living building with urban sophistication and style that will be unrivaled in our area. And The Deerwood is just part the first phase of a master plan that will add or enhance amenities that will better the lives of our residents and open our campus to the SouthPark community in thrilling new ways.
But there are only a handful of homes left in The Deerwood.
During the pandemic, we’ve restricted access to our campus out of concerns for the health of residents and team members. However, we have innovative, personalized ways to share the evolution of our campus with you.
