Sharon Towers Park plan
As construction on The Deerwood wraps up, attention is turning to the park to be constructed at the corner of Sharon Road and Hazelton Drive. Recently, the two homes formerly on the property were salvaged and removed to be renovated for needy families. Plans for the park are in the process of receiving final approval from the city. It’s an exciting time for Sharon Towers as the campus expansion and renovation takes shape. However, since the park is the first greenspace in SouthPark in over 20 years, it’s also catching the attention of local media.

Recently, the story of the park was featured in SouthPark Magazine. Read the article, which features an interview with Sharon Towers President and CEO Angela Rigsbee, here.
